I have problems with the new versions of WDrev 215. I get a message saying: FEATURE NOT FOUND (H0031)

I update the dongle and it worked perfectly with the Release Candidate.

What should I do?

Are you sure you did not download WD pro instead of STD ?

I had the same problem when I've started a PB Player STD v5 rev6247. The dongle (player std) was updated and PB Manager Offline and PRO were opening fine on the same machine than the player.

With the player I had this error message (Feature not found H0031) and if I clicked OK, PB Player STD would open anyway. I am on a win7 32bits system all updated to the latest.

After reinstalling the PB v5 software from the rc candidate to the rev6247 with the player std dongle, now everything fine, no more error message.

Probably just an error installation in my case.

I have the problem with the version :For Widget Designer PRO (V5 DONGLE)
Now I have installed the version with the link : For Widget Designer PRO (non version 5 dongles) And I don't have problems.

But my dongle was updated with the v5. my dongle works with v5 release candidate.

what do you mean with "... works with v5 release candidate"? Are you still talking about the Widget Designer or do you have as well a Pandoras Box license on the same dongle?
Dongle-Updates for PB are different from WD-Updates. These have to be handled separately.

If you are talking about WD 3.5 please try to uninstall and reinstall the dongle driver.
