Text inputs not displaying on all player Pro devices

Hi,

I created a show using 7 player Pro devices on a manager licence. This show was an award presentation with a lot of text inputs. When I connected the show to the devices, 3 of the players didn't display the text inputs I had created. The only work around, was to clone the text inputs and drag and drop them into the same layer inputs. Then they would display.

This is the second time I've had this issue. I was wondering if anyone else has come into this problem. And is this just a bug that needs to be addressed, or could I be doing something wrong.

Hi g,

this sounds not correct and is strange indeed. So far we have not heard of that problem before.
Please send the log files of your Manager and one of the clients where the text assets could not be shown to support(at)coolux.de
If possible also add the showfile (xml only)

This will help us try to replicate the problem.

Beside that here is a list of things you can check, that will also help us in figuring out the problem:

a) did you get a red warning?
b) were the fonts installed on all systems?
c) which OS did you use?
