Postby runcdfirst » Wed Feb 06, 2013 3:19 pm

I would like to help with the creation of a 3D object in the form of a hexagon with gmax,
to be used in pandoras box .. someone can give me a tip?

Thanks in advance.

Hi runcdfirst,

we have some information in our manual on workflow with GMax http://manual.coolux.de/#gmax.htm.

If you don't have any idea and are completely new to 3D modeling, I suggest you use Blender instead. They have a lot of resources for learning and Blender supports both .x files as well as .3ds files.

I happen to have a Hexagon with a radius of 1GU. Attached is a .zip file with the Blender project file + .x Object + .3ds Object

Best Regards
Dennis
