This version mainly addresses issues with the NotchLC video codec and its alpha variant, it also adds and fixes automation commands.

- NotchLC:
fixed: Avoid crash by improved livecyle handling of NotchLC decoder cache. (ticket 9786)
fixed: NotchLC alpha content is not played out with 8bit alpha @10 Bit color setting using a render engine with 8-bit backbuffer. (ticket 9787)
fixed: Import of NotchLC from previously unopened folders in asset tree will recognize NotchLC as image sequence. (ticket 9744)

- Automation
added: Automation commands to create command keys for WD device, serial and tcp link.
fixed: Command AutoCreateSequence returns id of newly created sequence. (ticket 9829)
