Hello,

I ran into this issue:

1. When installing the drivers for the dongle from coolox site, the installer halted when reaching 50% of installing drivers section.
It was like this for 40 minutes. After several attempts, they installed, showing in Device manager as shown in the picture.

The red led is on all the time on the dongle, but the setup does not recognize it. As services, started are a few related to the dongle.

2. When trying to install PB i reach this step.

The dongle is connected, the services are started, the drivers are installed.

What is the cause?

Windows 10 with latest updates.

Hello,

one more place you can look is the services panel. use WIN+R to open the "Run" window. Then type services.msc and press enter. In the list there should be something like "Sentinel" or "Safenet" something...all I remember is that it starts with an "S"....or maybe "Hasp"-something :D

Make sure it's started.

Dennis

This is a very good point,

If you try to install Version 5, does anything show up in that window?
