Small backpack size ASIO device

Postby cyeary » Sun Feb 25, 2018 2:54 am

Has anyone ever found a reliable ASIO device that I can use with my laptop that would give me 2 channels of audio output but still be small enough to fit in my backpack?

Hello,

how much of a backpack do you have? What about a MOTU UltraLite-sized device?

Also, if you only need it for testing you can use ASIO4All, right? (don't use it in production, though)

MOTU Ultra-Lite is a great sound card. 10 channels Out too.
Easy enough to put into a backpack and did many shows with them!

We do have the ultralights but they still are pretty bulky. I just did testing on the MOTU Microbook llc. It is bus powered and does 4 channels of output if you want. Seems to be good so far.
