4K Capture Card

I have a project which requires a new machine with a software player license and hoping to get a 4K Capture card to use live footage from another computer. In the past I've used 4 HD inputs coupled with a Datapath Fx4 to import a 4K signal (split the 4K signal into four HD signals then use 4 layers within Pandora). For the new system i'm building I'd like to hopefully reduce costs and points of failure (with one device, a 4K capture card) and simplify layers within Pandora.

I know DirectShow does not necessarily limit to HD but I'm wondering if Pandora's Box does? I can't find anything listing a specific limit anywhere and I'm unable to test this myself as I have no spare 4K capture cards laying around.

If so does anyone have any recommendations on a good 4K DirectShow capture card which works in this scenario?

I've found the following cards which support DirectShow

I've had great luck with Magewell capture cards + Pandora software player, including their 4K Plus models that are capable of 4K@60fps.
