They are called Main and Sub Managers.

Only 1 Manager can have the clients at a single time. This Manager is called the Main Manager.
All other Managers are called Sub Manager.
Sub Managers communicate to the client using the Main Manager. (This is a little oversimplified, but shows the concept)
