Hi, did you get to the bottom of this?
I have a Server running Windows 8.1 and Pandoras Box 6.4.2 (i have 6.1.4 on it as well).
My current show is 6.4.2 based and everything has been working 'OK' for the last few days...
However in the manager when I tell the server to use the Sound Blaster X-Fi card in it as the ASIO SOund Card, it has caused Windows to crash with a 'WATCHDOG ERROR'.
about a week ago this only happened a few times so i reinstalled the audio drivers. then all was ok for a few days...
then today this started happening again repeatedly and in the end (after reinstalling Pandoras Box and also the menu, as the menu was crashing on start up as well and reinstalling the menu made no difference) i had to disable the sound card all together.
The sound blaster is from a server, but an R2 server from the days of Windows XP. it does however have windows 8.1 drivers installed that for specifically for that card.
does anyone know of issues with the Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium card and Windows 8.1?
