Keeping wired networks in Windows 'Private'

Hi fellow PB users, i was having a problem where our wired network for pandora's was always coming up private for our server and laptops for WD and Manager.
this has implications in the world of windows 8 and 10.
so i found this website that was extremely helpful in locking the networks to 'Private'.
