Is possible to embed in the video output the audio of the audio layer that only works if we are using asio devices , that i want is to use this audio layers route this digital audio to nvidia card and after that use this embeded signal to playout.

NVIDIA does not offer ASIO Drivers.
But depending on the need you can try to use ASIO4ALL.
Not sure if it will work or if it will be in sync, but it is worth a try.

It's Working.
we currently use it with a rtx4000 Displayport - HDMI out to a Decimator for SDI.
Only thing is that USB-C Out is not working in ASIO4ALL.
