Hi,
Is it possible to use V6 manager dongle on V5 manager software?
We have 2X preowned V5 Player dongles, which unfortunately cannot be use with V6 Manager. Therefore I was wondering if there is any possibility to install V5 Manager software using V6 manager dongle.
Otherwise, is it possible upgrade the V5 dongles to V6 without any cost?

Hi,

V6 is not sold anymore, so there is no upgrade path from V5 to V6. You would have to upgrade to V8, which can include a V6 License. But it is not for free.

Downgrade depends on your V6 dongle if it includes a V5 License.
