widget designer in cloud

anyone successfully tried running widget designer in the cloud, like AWS?

I've got some running in my office.
Using Microsoft's IIS I have URLs that point to my public IP, then IIS forwards that URI to the correct Widget.

The biggest challenge of hosting it on AWS, I would think, would be the dongle.
Unless you want to run the free version of course.

i'll give it a try...
there are programs to my knowledge that let you connect usb devices over internet to different destinations,
would assume that should also work with AWS.

the point of that is (why AWS) to have a WD instance running location independent...
and i don't wanna expose my private home internet into public,
it's also not fast...

let's see
