Hi i see that is possible to use Logitech r400 like remote control, is any way to use other presenter of ligitech like r700 or spotlight?

Hi, i try with logitech R400 i WD version 6.5.6 and no click detected if i try the version 6.0 the option is not included but in 4.7 is working well, i think is a bug in the 6.x version that must be repaired.

I just tested with a R400 Remote and it works fine for me in WD 6.5.5
I only works in RUN Mode not in Edit Mode!
Which OS are you using?

Hi Daniel.

I am using WD Pro 6.5.5 and i can confirm that is not working , windows 10 pro 64 s.o. any idea how to fix this problem.

Which exact Model are you using?

Is the remote working in other programs.
When you open Notepad, what do you see when you click the remote there?

with power point working well , with WD 4.7 also is working.


When you open Notepad, what do you see when you click the remote there?
left and right buttons nothing happend
play button = time and date added to the text
black screen button = point added to the text

Can you try diffenrent language settings?
English or German. Just to test.
