When asking make sure to include the operating system and the revision of Pandoras Box you are using. If your question is related to hardware, please state if you are using coolux hardware (which one) or if you built your own.
Which GPU are you using. Each GPU has a different Texture Size Limit. For most GPUs ist is 8k or 16k. Older GPUs might even have 4k. I am not sure if there are GPUs that have higher than 16k Texture limited for DirectX11 rendering.
There also is a PB Limit of 16k for FX.
What exactly are you trying to do? Maybe we can find a workaround or solution.
That i need is to produce a 38400x120 pixel image texture to do a infinete scroll in a led screen, my problem is that if i cut the texture the scroll is not working to do the entire loop.
I have used Horizontal triple Media overlay and using warp meshes deforming 3:1 and works perfect with 12800x128, but when i apply the scroll efect after that the image loose a lot of quality if i remove the scroll efect the queality return , i need to activate the texture size to 16kx8k, any idea how to solve this?
Firstly, I would recommend cutting the horizontal stripe and using multiple rows to fit them vertically into the output frame.
But to add to the Effects, Please make sure you have set the Render texture size in the Configuration Tab > Render Engine > Max internal texture size. You can also switch the Anisotropic filtering off for the respective content.
