Timeline autoscroll...from V5, V6 and still missing in V8...

Hi, so this request is from 1 million years ago...
Can we please have autoscroll in the timeline. The NOW-POINTER needs to stay still in the middle of the space (you should be able to choose where that is as well by the way) and the timeline needs to scroll underneath!

This is taking too long to implement. please sort this out!?!?!?! :)

Hi Jeremy,

in version 8.5.0 we have improved some Timeline features regards navigating and zooming.
Unfortunately the way how the Timeline/Nowpointer moves hasn't made it yet.

There is no timeframe I can tell you when this will be implemented but be assured this feature has not been forgotten.

ok sure, please bring this up the list. It's really great to see when something is coming up and not a 'surprise' when it changes 'pages' and you see something is right there!
