Hi,

We have shows that are running on timecode and also have manual cues (triggered via GMA2). The shows are running like they should but I just want to know the proper workflow for it...
Now I just make sure that while smpte is running there is no Pause and I just go to another Play cue...

Hi,

I's just when there is a pause cue while timecode is running and then you give a play commando it will jump to the time it's receiving...
So I was just wondering what the right workflow is...

But then I guess I'm doing it right :-)

Do you have an offset in your timecode?
I believe there is an issue with pausing with an offset in SMPTE.
