Importing a 3.x show file to 4.x
Posted: Thu Oct 09, 2008 3:19 pmProblems importing a show from 3.x to 4.x? The reason is that we changed the product ranges, so for example a Green Server now is a Pro Server. So If you load a project from a V3 to V4 it will keep all the project information but it will tell you that it can not connect to the servers.
What you need to do is to copy all the timeline information by marking all items. Then add the updated devices from your asset tree to your project. Paste all the timeline information to the new servers at the same position. After that remove the old servers from you project. Save your project and you are online again.
