two new manuals are online.

How can I get my V4 R2 server lt to have the factory reset tool?
My server shipped with V4 software...

Hi Jeremy,

you may upgrade your V4 Rev1or2 Server with the Tool; in other words, we offer the Tool as it is. For pricing, please contact your local distributor.

Hello,

The factory reset tool is preinstalled on the machines that we ship. There is no way for customers to install it.

The Quad Setup menu is part of the Pandoras Box Menu that you can download from our website.
