Hi I have some doubts (PB MEDIA MANAGER LT AND 2 PLAYER PRO)

How I can do a video transition with switcher including audio transition, I just clic button to go cue x and new video new audio !!!!

Hi kbral,

I´m not sure, if I got your problem.

If you have a sequence, in which you want to go from one cue to another, a transition is only possible if it is programmed in the timeline.

If you have for example a video on layer 1 (opacity 255) and another on layer 2 (opacity 0). Just fade layer 2 up to 255 opacity - when it is full on, change the video on layer 1, fade layer 2 down.

To get more things individually working, please use the PB Widget Designer!

and you got the spirit of the question,but for exemple to do this automaticaly , I´m in video 1 and want to go to video 2 with single button press but with a fade, and without make keyframes in timeline,
what is the best interface to do that ? is your software or a hardware like a light switcher !!!!

I do events and often I have many videos to play in sequence or random, and some times I dont have much time to do this

Help me please !!!

There is one possibility to do it with a single button click (using PB Widget Designer), but I think it´s not the best one:
create a fader, assign it to layer 2
create as much custom skript buttons as media files you want to use
edit the custom skript buttons:
set Type to "toggle"
in the "on click skript":assign your media file to layer 2 ("device set media"), set the fade in time ("WidgetFadeUp,Fader,Time")
in the "on release skript": set the fade out time ("WidgetFadeDown,Fader,Time")
For your layer 1 you need to create buttons on which you assign the media files, layer 1 will in this case always be on 100% opacity.

But I would just create a fader that crossfades between the layers, and then for every layer create buttons to assign the media files to the layers. This is a bit more clear arranged. You can do this also with the PB Switcher. The difference to the widget designer is in this case that you are able to create more buttons to assign more different media files to your fader.

I´m sorry, I don´t have a tip for switcher hardware to you..
