bug: vertical scrollbar in sequence

media manager: when you open up the layers in the device window, so you there is need for a vertical scrollbar, one can move down in the sequence window and the device window moves along. when you reach the bottom however, you can move further down in the sequence window, and the device stays put. like this the lines and theyr labels don't correspond anymore...
by the way: being able to use mouse wheel to scroll down would be a nice feature...
