Hi Koen,

do you mean that you see nothing but a grey background? Is the preview working with pandoras box when you take other videos or pictures?
Is your antivirus programme switched off? If not, you will only see a grey preview window.
How is your video file coded? Is it an mpeg-file? Can you play it with windows media player on this machine?
Can you make a screenshot and send it to support@coolux.de? Thanks!

Regards,
Julia

Hi Koen,

I could also be that your graphicscard has not the needed pixel and vertex shader versions. Please verify this. An easy way is to do it with this little programm, to download in our user forum: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=220&p=394&hilit=pixel+shader#p394

Best regards,

I have some photo's mailed to you

My videocard are a Nvidia Geforce 7950 GTX GO
DirectX 9.0c
Vertex Shader 3.0
Pixel Shader 3.0

So i think that it not be a hardware isue.

We had the same problem. There are 2 solutions:
- adjust the settings of your video card
- or the best thing: for these video's, set in inspector "optimize mpeg colorspace"
