SDI Inputs - RGB or YUV

I am seeing a color shift in content coming into PB through SDI inputs. Are the SDI inputs processed as RGB colorspace or YUV? I believe HDSDI is YUV or YCbCr. I found a PB filter called Video YUV to RGB which doesn't completely change the colors to match, but it is closer.
