Regarding texture size and movie size

Good day fellow cooluxians!

Quick question to you, if I want to play 4k files in Coolux should I set the max texture size to 4k, what happens if I don't?

Why? I have been playing 4k files recently and stumbled upon an issue and just noticed the max texture size wasn't set to 4k and I am wondering if that could be the source of our problem (the 4k files plays for a few cue and then just doesn't show).

Hi,

if you are working with 4k textures you should set the texture size to 4k.
It should not matter for regular video playback, but as soon as you use Effekts you will need this setting.
