StreamiX use

I have setup StreamiX for a powerpoint presentation this morning, but have two issues.
One, the feed shows up in the Master preview window, but does not show on the outputs of my player.
The second is that I have to push "send desktop" on the StreamiX app on the powerpoint machine each time I want it to refresh in the Master preview window.

If anyone could help I would appreciate it greatly.

I now have it refreshing in the Master preview window, but still cannot get it to play out of the player outputs

Hey,

there is a checkbox that refreshes the image in the given interval.

The Streamer only sends to one ip address, so thats why you only see it in either preview or the client. I suggest you set it to send to the client. This is the expected behavior, as live inputs only show up on the machine it is attached to (same goes for DVI input cards etc.)

Thank you Dennis, When I switch the ip address in the streamix desktop app it only says - waiting for connection. is there something I need to do in the player?
