Just wondering if this is on purpose or an oversight.

It seems that all of the content in folders is now being ordered differently.

If there is a Capital Character on the beginning of the file, it is placed higher than a file that is not capatilized.
It isn't really an issue unless we're bringing in a file from an older version of PB.

Old way:

apple
Banana
crayon
DinkyCar

new way:

Banana
DinkyCar
apple
crayon
