Capture interfaces not found 9899/9926

Hi everyone,

We are having a problem on site with capture interfaces not appearing in our Quad Systems [DVI/Broadcast] - we have a 2 input system which ill not show DVI/HDSDI[3g] input cards on 9899 or 9926 and a another similar system with Quad HDSDI input that does the same on 9926...

Has any one experienced this? And is there a solution...?

I just saw in the ticket system that tech support solved the problem!

yes thanks... the solution:

find a build where your inputs are working on the client machine [servers/players etc]
copy digital-input_5.dll and digital-input_6.dll from the working build directory to the non-working build directory... the file sizes were different in our case

All fixed...

The issue was adressed and fixed in the new 5.7 REV10085.
