A bizarre test

The need has led me to give it a try, a little extreme, on my Vaio laptop with I5 processor and built-in ATI video card.
So I connected the laptop with a second monitor in extended mode.
I run the DB Manager v. LT. 10085 on the laptop
I run on the same laptop with two PB Player PRO dongle
I move the PB Client on the second monitor.
I'm starting to put content on the manager and put the player in fullscreen.

Everything works perfectly except that I sometimes crashes sometimes the manager and sometimes the player but the two software running together.

Point out that the laptop I win and 8.1 times, the manager on that pc crashes even if I use it alone while on another machine with Win 8.1 runs normally.
Probably I need to reinstall a clean system on the laptop.

Then I try to install on the Vaio win 7 ultimate (I have this version for the laptop)

Updating the system, install both the manager that the player but when I do the same test on the second screen I do not see anything.

I do the same test on the office desktop pc with win 8.1 and GT 430 video card and on the second monitor I see distorted images and not react to the changes made ​​on the manager.

I did this test because of a job that I do want to avoid me to bring PCs, monitors and keyboards and do everything with a single handset even for that job because I need at least two sequences.

Why are you using 2 player pro dongles?
It sounds like you are only using 1 full screen output and 1 manager. So you should only use 1 player dongle.

I have played with this before, but would never do it in a show environment...

I would highly recommend against it.

Maybe you should look into some more clever WD programming. It can usually overcome the need for sequences.
Or you could just bring 2 laptops. Make the second one the client and close it. Sit the first one on top and it is the Manager. You will be using the same amount of space as if it was 1 laptop.

I would avoid trying to hack the video card drivers in this way and try to hack the physical limitations of this gig.

Then I tried it with that win 7 with win 8.1 on vaio i5 processor with 4 GB RAM ATI Radeon HD 5000 card, with running at the same time on the same machine:

1 Manager LT 10085
2 Player Pro
3 Timeline
2 frame grabber usb composite (just type vido2go cost)
1 USB Hub

I no longer have a free port on my pc but everything works perfectly

Tomorrow night I'll try the show.
I'm pretty calm because I put the player in the video mixer, so in case something goes wrong I can only use the video camera operators.

Everything perfect but ......... only with WIN 7 !!
With WIN 8 sometimes stopped or the manager or player !!
