Pandoras Box Output Failure

Hello guys!

I'm Having a Problem on Coolux DVI processor output 3 and output 4, the DVI processor input 1 led indicator is magenta while the DVI processor input 2 led indicator is Red. i know that having a red led indicator in dvi processor means inactive, no valid signal or input not detected. we turn of the pandora and try to change the dvi short cable and its the same. we also try to interchange the dvi cable on dvi processor input 1 to dvi processor input 2 and then the red indicator is also went on dvi processor input 1 and the dvi processor input 2 is magenta.

Any possible Solutions?

This means that the dvi output 2 of the pandoras box (not on the dvi processor) has no signal. Sure that the display congiguration is setup as it should be? Try to reconfigure the display settings.

we also check the output display setup configuration it is on "quad mode 2x input, 4x DVI output.

so does it means that the pandoras box server dvi input card is the problem

Got it. its ok now. out 2 display on pb server is enabled again. thank you so much!
