Easy enable/disable timecode

I've found the fact that timecode in is always selected for a sequence makes you quite vulnerable to say the audio department sending timecode by accident, the sequence will skip to whatever it's reviving.

Is there an easy 'on/off' solution for timecode receiver at all without having to go into the inspector for the sequence?

Could something be achieved through widget designer?

I create a toggle button with SeqSetTimecodeMode,SeqID,Receive/None
