Looking for some insight into the Perpspective Projection Mapping Effect.

Using this effect to remap the camera perspecitve on a single surface is fairly straight forward with a single projector. Moving the camera around and it maintains frusturm geomerty at cameras native "origin". great stuff.

Test attached.

Looking to know what the "Point 1X" "Point 1Y", etc, parameters are for and how they are meant to be used. Assuming, from looking at the way it behaves, this is for isolating when trying to align muilple cameras for output on discrete flat surfaces?
