Shutdown issue (Win 7)

Hello,

I've had some recent issues with my servers shutting down. I am running PB Menu Rev. 189 and the latest version of Pandora's Box (Rev. 11116) - we have an educational license. Sometimes we will have problems shutting down our servers - after clicking the shutdown command in PB Menu, Windows will display a screen stating "Operations are in progress. Please wait. The machine will be turned off automatically after the operations are complete." However, it will display that menu indefinitely until our only recourse is to perform a hard shutdown. Naturally, we'd like to avoid this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Rob,

did you install Acronis on the server? http://www.acronis.com/de-de/
I'm not sure but the windows message indicates that Acronis could be the reason for that.
