Hi,

does the dongle show up in the device manager or is the driver missing?

Hi,
I've run WD and Manager on Windows 10 for tests. With the driver from the download area (5.95) the dongle did not appear in the device manager and no drivers were loaded. By default Win 10 seemed to load driver v 7.40 but this gave an error starting WD that the hasp key could not be accessed (it appears correctly installed in device manager). Downloading and installing v 7.32.00 from the sentinel web site works

By default you should use the Dongle Driver that come with the PB Installer.
PB Installer notices if no dongle driver or an old version is installed and installs the correct one.
