Hello,
I just updated to the new 13378 version, but now when it opens I don't see me "Recent Projects" and I have to go browse fro my project file every time now. This isn't a huge issue, but I work with a lot of volunteers that can often times not know where to look or open the wrong file if it's now right in front of them. Thanks for the help.

that is correct. This is a new version. You old recent projects list is not transferred.
Each version has its own recent project list.

So even after loading the project files in the new version and saving them, it still doesn't show the recent project files after a system shutdown. The recent file will show up in the list if I just close and re-open the program, but when I reboot the machine the recent projects disappear.

I just double checked on my System an it works fine.
Which OS are you using?

Did you install Pandoras Box with Administrator rights?
Do run Pandoras Box with Administrator rights?

It sounds like an issue that you can not read or write some files because of missing rights.
