Insert Time in Sequence Timeline

Has anyone tried using the Insert Time to a Timeline. I tried to insert additional 10sec between two container, to delay the scene transition. However, it doesnt seem to work. Is anyone else having this issue on the latest PB version?

Hi Christian,
Using Windows 8
I was using PB 12383 a month ago, which insert timeline did not work, along with a few other issues. I updated to PB 13077 which didnt work either. I Just updated to 13378 it didnt work on the quad server lt with manager std.
However last night I installed 13378 on my laptop on windows 10 and it was working fine. I am guessing a software re-install would probably be called for.
Not the most critical of functions but a handy tools. Thanks for the quick response tho.
