Do you see it as an ASIO device in other software??

To be sure: the driver is installed & the soundcard is working in windows??

Hi,

I can not find anything on the manufacture homepage that the device is ASIO compatible.

http://www.radialeng.com/usbpro.php

Where did you get the information from?

ok,

what does Radial say about it.
They will need to provide a ASIO Driver for it, so that it can actually work with Pandoras Box.

What you can do is also check if the Device shows up in this tool
http://www.tropicalcoder.com/ASIOTestSigGen.htm

It is a ASIO Signal Generator.

I had the same problem. Unfortunately there is no official ASIO driver for Radial USB-Pro, but you can use ASIO4ALL to make it work.

Just make sure you DEACTIVATE the INPUT section in the ASIO4ALL setting, otherwise you will get an error.

Hope that works for you.

Cheers,

Michael

Hi,

please notice that we do not recommend using Asio4All in a showsituation.
