Please try in light Skin.

The Problem doesnt seem to exist in lighter skin. Only in darker skin.
I am currently on my laptop on an Offline Manager lastest public version 13378, trying to make several project files getting it ready for install next month. Would this be specific to only offline manager or non servers?
No PBmenu and WD 2500.

This is a Skinning Problem.
Good thing is that you can work in light Skin.
Which OS are you running?
Please try and run the installer again with Admin rights.
