Coolux DVI Input Problem

I'm running a little setup at the moment, with a Manager LT (Windows XP) controlling a Dual Server (Windows 8 ) which is running as Client. On the server there's a Coolux DVI input board.
My problem is, every time I start up the system, the input have the red exclamation mark, and I have to remove and re-import the input to the Project Tab. Sometimes I have to do this several times, before it gets up and running, and I'm not quite sure what I'm doing right when I get the input to work?
Anybody have some insights to this, they'd want to share, I'll appreciate it.
