Player pro CITP vs MA2 ONPc with MA 2Port

I'm trying the CITP connection from PC to ma2 onPC with 2Port node for testing.
I can not connect them.
In this configuration work?

All software is on the same machine with address 2.0.0.99
I have try with
PB 13378 and MA2 onpc 3.2.2.3 and not work
PB 10386 and MA2 onpc 2.8.2.6 and not work
I have try with wd pro 2500 and Thumbnail is loaded in wd correct!!

The CITP problem is that onPC and pb are not to be on the same machine !!
