Hi,

what do you need the serial for?
You can find it in the GUI-Log.

Hi sune,
the Dongle ID is the number in the <haspid> tag:

Hello,

another option is to follow http://www.coolux.de/cooluxsupport/dong ... procedure/

It will generate a .c2v file that you can open with a text editor. It also contains the Dongle ID. This is useful in case our products do not start at all.

Regards
Dennis

Excuse me, I'm maybe a little confused  . I was convinced that the number standing outside on a dongle when you buy it was dongle / license number. when I read the gui or dongle file, I can kune find Hasp ID number. and it is inconsistent with the number standing outside on the dongle. hope you can help me with my little challenge :D

The No on the dongle is a Serial No., on old dongles this number was attached with a sticker and might have gone missing, and I think on the newest generation of dongles there is not even a number anymore on the outside.
The Hasp ID is a unique number for each HASP Chip that the software can actually read. Each Dongle has a unique HASP ID.
You also might have HASP Dongles for other Products, the HASP ID will still stay unique.

So to do inventory and tracking that ID will be your best Number.
