Fatal erro!.

Hi, good afternoon my manager stopped trying to reinstall the software several times I will attach a jpg of the error please I need help!..

which operating system are you running on the PC?
Pandoras Box version 5 can run on WInXP PRO, Win7 PRO and Win8.1 PRO

take a look in the log file can tell you what is missing or the problem.

So I can not solve the problem, will I have to format for windows 8.1? I'm working with windows 10

Hi Sergio,
the only thing you can try before is to install the last version 5.10 rev14570 but is not guaranteeded it will run fine. You must test it..
Only V6 is compatible with win10.

Windows 10 is also officially supported.
EDIT: Version 6 is supported in Windows 10.
Please take your log files from this machine and submit them to Support.PandorasBox@christiedigital.com
There are too many unknown variables to comment on here without more information - the required information will most likely be in the logs.
