I cannot activate the "Run DMX via USB" button in PlayerPro v. 3648.

Help please.

Hi,

have you got a DMX Link USB Cable connected to your Player PC and did you also patch the layers/sequence?
I´m not in the office to check this DMX via USB function now, hopefully it will be done tomorrow.

here the DMX in Cable is workink. Which driver did you use? Was it the 0410?

I have a Soundlight 1.20.0.0 driver. I don't know the cable version.

Hi,

are you using the plasitc box for DMX in, or are you using the DMX Cable with the electronics in the connector?

Ok,

then there is a workaround for this software version as we know that there is a little bug inside the software.

Please do the following:

- Please enter the Folder where the actual version of Pandora is located
- Please rename the file "DasHard.dll" in for example "DasHardold.dll"
- Please rename the existing file "DasHard.orig.dll" in "DasHard.dll"

In the next revision this bug will be fixed.

I think that it solved the problem, at least on my test-laptop. I will do a full test soon.
