Trying out the brand new MIDI Show Control...

Hi guys!

We´ve been trying out the new midi show control, and haven´t really figured it out.

What we want to do is "Go to 24 and Play", as stated in the example from the Help-section:

F0h 7Fh <device_ID> 02h 7Fh 01h 32h 34h F7h

I´ve come the the conclusion that the values marked with red above somehow points towards 24. But how? Converted to decimal values they mean 50 and 52.

Am I completely lost here?

All we really need is to figure out how to get Midi to hit the specified Que-number.

Hi Micke,

the format for MSC is
F0h 7Fh <device_ID> 02h <command_format> <command> <data> F7h

Goto CUE 24 is according to that:
F0h 7Fh <device_ID> 02h 7Fh 01h 32h 34h F7h.

01h is the symbol for GO,
32h (h=hexadecimal) is "2", 34h is "4".
If you think hexadecimal, everything will be fine.
