Encoder Doesn't work in 4.5

I have had to roll back all my PB Pro players and manager back to 4.1 as DMX control doesn't work in 4.5 but i have re-installed 4.5 pro manager so the encoder is available although it no longer works.

Even on clips that it encoded in the past it will simply turn it red and not encode. It will do this for all clips.

Anyone else having issues with this?

we are trying to find out why this happends and have a few questions for you:

You said that the encoder extention worked before and not anymore. What exactly did you change?

a) with Rev of 4.5 are you running
b) are you trying to encode the videos with the dongle that has the encoder extention on it? The encoder is a addon product that is not included in all products. It is dongled because of license restrictions. You can only install the encoder extention with a dongle that has that feature enabled and in order to use it you also need to run the software with a dongle that has the extention enabled.
c) what kind of files are you trying to encode? Quicktime?
d) can you send us the logfiles to support@coolux.de
