Loss of output on matrix when previewing two machines

Discovered that if your master machine is also your matrix output, you cannot preview another machine.

Hi Lucken,

yes, this is how it is with the Matrix Output.
That what's your preview showing will be given out over artnet. So switching to another Cam instead of the "MatrixCam" will influence the ArtNet output.

Julia,

I can see this being a problem when I want to run pixel mapping from one Master Machine and one Slave machine...

Are you saying this is a limitation of the software?

Can we put it in the feature wish-list?

Hi Lynden,

running the pixelmapper on a Client machine AND on the master system is not a problem.
The preview on the master does not influence the client's output at all, as the client has his own preview window on its GUI.
So previewing cam1 is only important when using the matrix output on the master machine.
