Broken icon bug

In the inspector tab for a BROKEN media file chosen from the project tab...
If you click remove on the existing file leaving no files in the box, the icon in the project tab will change to the "everything's okay" icon.

This is incorrect as the media still will not play, but is reporting "everything's okay"

And as a feature request - can we drag assets into that box??

Currently its taking 17 clicks to replace one file (partly because of the directory structure the media is supplied within)
