Resolution of 1280 x 674

Hi,
I am using Pandoras Box with 35K lumens Christie Projectors which its native resolution is 2048x1080. when i connect a laptop (Macbook Pro) to the projector the resolutions a get from the projector includes 1280x674 (half of native) and for this project this is the one i want to use. My question is if Pandoras Box can use this resolution?

Hi Alejandro,

If the projector provides a correct EDID with that resolution the NVIDIA Card Driver in the Server will allow you select it.
Pandoras Box will than start and work in that resolution. I can see no reason why that should not work. If you can set the resolution in the NVIDIA Tool than everything is fine.

But if you want to be 100% sure that it workes and that the EDID is working correctly you will need to connect a Windows XP PC with a NVIDIA GFX Card to the projector.

Grab a DVI Parrot to make sure you can set the EDID you want
