Hi Karim,

we can`t tell you which system was used, but Pandoras Box can do it!
You'll need a 3D model of the car, and content, that is created to fit to this model.
Onsite take two projectors, edit the model eg. in 3D max (important - advanced 3D max users only!) to fit it to the real car, use Pandoras Box and that's it.
