Hi Alberto,
PB Menu and VNC Server are not modified to run under Windows7 yet, that's the reason.
If you need VNC to monitor the PB Player Clients, you could install eg. Tight VNC (free-ware) manually on these machines, downloadable here: http://www.tightvnc.com/download.php
