GUI problem on dell m6500

Have you ever see a gui problem both with the manager and the widget, but everything else is working fine? (everything except some part of the gui) I have a laptop dell m6500 with WINDOWS 7 32 bits, but I have weird gui response.

I've tried update everything, reinstalling everything (dot net, c++, pb4.7 v5329, and all the windows updates), but nothing fix the visual glitch.

Now, my only last guess turns around the WINDOWS 7 32 bits (on xp 32 bits, windows 7 64 bits, everything fine)

Any ideas?

Ok.. The problem is fixed now (thanks André from Acideo).

Windows 7 on laptop automatically scale up to 125% the fonts to make the text easier to read. This is by default, so you have to personlize the windows 7 display option to make sure font and other stuff are not scale, but set to 100%.
